They have lots of burger options, but there base burger was a premade frozen patty. To me that is a huge negative. When your whole business is burgers I expect you to at least take fresh ground beef and press it into patties. The staff was not helpful at all at pointing out where to fill your drink cup (back of the room near the outdoor patio)
