I had the worst experience with this company as a tenant. i worked with a guy name Jeff.
It takes him a very long time to get back to me and when he does, his response is a robotic, useless answer.
I have been a tenant for a townhouse they manages since 08/2015. i had a perfect history with them. I paid always on time and never caused any issues. I requested an early termination of my lease ( had a really bad situation which was explained to Jeff and received with great deal of ignorance). I provided 60 days notice and allowed the use of my security deposit to pay for any damage caused ( only 5 months left in the contract so the dispute here is for 2.5 months). with no access to the real property owner i was stuck with Jeff. Jeff refused to give me a reachable contacts to the owner. Jeff refused to work with me and he ignored my request for my security deposit statement. He also refused to allow me to list the house to get a tenant for them. He refused to list the property during my 60 days notice. To make matters worse, Jeff profiled me since i have an accent. This has been a really terrible experience with this company and i highly encourage anyone renting from them to request a clause in the contract about early termination. Jeff work with me show a great deal of ignorance, disrespect to my time and money. He didn't do anything to try mitigate my loses through this very painful process and i am now suing this company. my advise to you STAY AWAY!
