Peak Living runs pretty terrible places! Do a little research they all have awful reviews. I lived in the foothills apartments in Arvada near Denver Colorado.

It was the worst experience of my live! Absolutely horrible! I lived in Detroit most of my life and this place was worse. The filth and decay of this complex was unnerving. Just absolutely god forsaken retched filth. If you are a woman living here you probably have a pretty high likelihood of being a victim of some heinous act of violence. I genuinely lived in constant fear of my life!!

There is so much management could have done to help. This customer support email Peak Living sends out is not even real. They really don t care.
