Have been a customer of custom companies for 10+ Years. Their customer service agents are terrible and hang up when they don t want to answer your questions. Fright is regularly picked up/dropped off late. They keep billing the wrong place even though I ve told them time and time again to change the billing address. The only reason they don t get 1 Star is the pricing we receive from them. Lowest by a wide margin.
