My experience with MB of Southbay goes back at least 5 years and we have always had the pleasure of working with Gary customer service extraordinaire! Gary has been such a joy to work with over the years. He put my son in his 1st Benz and has been doing so every time the lease comes up. Last year my dear son surprised me with a Benz for Christmas!!! Gary was right there making sure that it was exactly what my son wanted for me, agreed that if I wanted to change the color Gary said that wouldn't be a problem or any other changes I wanted to make, down to the BIG red bow i was so surprised!!!! Needless to say I love my Benz and working with Gary! He is definitely an asset to the team and has always treated us like family throughout the years. Gary you are the Best!!!!! God Bless You....
