I live at Farmington Oaks apartments. Utility bills have went thru the roof since beztak took over. Almost hundred dollars every month with no excuse when the average bill for the average household in Michigan is about 30 dollars in the winter and about 70 in the summer but this is an apartment complex. Taking advantage of residents and I know I have lived here thirteen years. Please someone explain what is going on.
