1. It appears that the Horizon Lounge is under st...

1. It appears that the Horizon Lounge is under staff during the breakfast hour.

2. The check in experience of the Horizon Floor is not as good as before. I have to say there are many new faces that I am not too familiar and I feel they are not fully engaged with the customers when compared to my previous experience.
