I tried seven times to get a general estimate of the costs of testing. I had a fundraiser and there were people willing to pay for my medical care. I now have a $700 bill. No one will listen to me. I sent an e mail and no one got back to me. I need some one higher up than lisa in finance to listen to me. UPDATE: after many conversations for three months , Vicky in customer service fixed my issues to my satisfaction.
