I just went for an interview over there the compan...

I just went for an interview over there the company was good ,but the process they choosed to filter the candidates is worst.At first they conducted written test for the people who came earlier then after as the candidates were increasing ,they just started to filter resumes through which they asked to leave many of the candidates without even conducting written exam.

I just don't understand that why didn't you ask people to come for interview just to check their resumes and send them back.If you don't have time to take interviews ask them to come on the other day but just don't evaluate the person by looking at resume.It feels very bad.I hope yo will look after this.
