When I walked in to the service center I asked to get my breaks checked. Instead of getting my breaks checked because they were screeching, I was told that automatically what its going to cost for new breaks without them checking if i even needed them? I'm not a confrontational person so I just said OK. After thinking about it I was off put and left wondering why they wouldn't check to see if I needed brakes before changing them.
