ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had nothing but problems with their service. The monthly subscription does not cover service, which seems to be regular throughout the year, and a lot more that the rental cost...
After our bodywork man passed away, we wanted to cancel the agreement on one of the machines due to not being used. After a battle they cancelled it and collected it... They then continued to charge us for it for 7 months despite numerous e-mails and complaints, it took that long to resolve. Yesterday we received a statement demanding the money for a machine which they collected and cancelled complete with a paper trail thankfully... Still waiting for those credit notes...



AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

**Update - e-mailed below, promised a reply, chased it up, no reply, received Debt Collectors notice - absolutely disgusting service. Might encourage a reply on here... Glad I have an e-mail trail of safetyKleen admitting the invoices are incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER.
