I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Volkwsagen from Trend Motors at the end of March. I've had very negative experiences at some other dealerships in the past which made me wary at first but Trend Motors made the purchasing process easy as can be. My salesperson was Kevin Santos and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to speak with him. He was easy going, no pressure at all, just guided me through the entire process and explained everything to me clearly.

I went there on a Saturday which is known to be the busiest day for dealers. I knew there would be a wait to finalize everything so I was prepared beforehand. But they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy while waiting. Bruno, the manager, offered to order me lunch as I waited which was very generous. They have some couches and a large TV with Netflix to hold you over while you wait which is nice.

Their financing department was also incredible with helping me get approved for a loan. I don't have the best credit due to some mistakes I made when I was younger. However, I ended up getting approved at an interest rate lower than I could have imagined. I was even pre-approved for a loan from two other lenders and the APR I got from VW Credit was MUCH lower.

I will definitely be checking their inventory next time I am in the market for a car.
