worst customer service ever - extortion business them with Samsung support Canada in Montreal bunch of crooks...told me my phone was damaged and need to pay $300 to fix it or $30 to get it back and i have less than 30 days to comply or they keep the phone with any written agreement or signature from me...calling Samsung Canada did not do anything there crooks as well until they sent me the photo of my supposedly cracked unit turned out it was not even my phone...they still insisted my phone was damaged otherwise why would they bill me....just plain ridiculous extortion business there running....do your sell a favor buy an Iphone get there apple care so much easier and pleasant service then dealing with this crooks.
