Wow. Ana was the most unresponsive unprofessional communicators. Most people would think you go into this line of work because of your love for animals. Completely couldn't be further from the truth for Ana.
For 12 weeks I've been teaching out about a dog that is still adoptable on their website. They have been closed due to COVID (completely understandable) but the lack of communication is mind blowing? I'm disappointed in the service your organization provides. Your lack of and limited unfriendly communication during this entire process is appalling. I hope they treat their dogs better than they treat people. It's unfortunate for people like us that can provide a loving home, have financial means that take the time to fill out an application to adopt not shop and this is how we are treated. To be ignored and occasionally given a short cold response with nothing more then we re closed .

This is outrageous animals waiting for adoption and weeks on end going by with no application checks no movement to move forward. Sad for these pups.

I'd think twice before working with Ana. But then again she probably won't communicate with you so it won't matter anyway. You ll be forced to look elsewhere.
