Food is OK but hit or miss. Decor is fun. Service is also hit or miss. Probably would have done 3 stars but after a private company event I forgor my adorable black and white parasol umbrella and when I went back a few weeks later it was gone, presumably taken home by an employee. Hard to give three stars to a restaurant you can't trust.
