Great Experience working with Victor and his team!...

Great Experience working with Victor and his team! Went to a couple other places first, but wasn't impressed so eventually came to Windy City on the recommendation of a friend. Victor took the time to get to know me and educated me on diamonds and rings, without being overly pushy. They give you a CAD rendering and create a wax model of the band before they actually make the ring, which was great and made me feel comfortable with what I was getting. Will come back to work with Victor again in the future!
