My experience with the service was not a great exp...

My experience with the service was not a great experience at all! We had 2 recalls to be fixed and after the 3rd time I was able to get the work done. The second call was to order parts and get a rental car with waiting to hear back and after 2 1/2 weeks I called again and no one had called to let me know parts were there. The gentleman apologized and worked us in the next day. The next morning we received a call and was questioned about our appt. I then after being told our car would be finished that day, called at 4:00 from East Peoria and was put on hold the whole time I drove to the dealership (20mins) waiting to see if my car was finished! My experience is very bad communication! Also the lady that was in charge of my car would not even look at me or say a word (rude) but was thankful for the lady that helped me out! I have 2 Hondas and this was not a great experience at all!
