Buyer Beware!

While this company charges you on a monthly basis, without informing you, they have an AUTO-RENEWAL in their contract language. We no longer need their services, as our home is under full construction/re-model. Rather than allow us to cancel service for the time being, Moon Security Services informed us we had to pay for the upcoming 8 months of UNUSED SERVICE due to their policy and contract language.

While it is not a lot of money, it is the principle behind their practices that motivates me to warn others. They may have collected 8 months of unused services from my family, but I sincerely hope this message directs other potential customers to find a different security provider and current customers to do the same. Current customers should send in a cancellation letter indicating Moon Security Services is not allowed to auto-renew their policy at the renewal date and go month to month, or cancel their service.
