I cannot imagineers it s so difficult to fulfill an order. I have left multiple messages with hazel for a return call and have never gotten one back.

Leonard management have a game who can have the fastest drive-thru between their stores what they've done is destroy the quality and they have these kids talking so fast on the microphone nobody can understand them I got a better idea why don't they start a game of who can pass a drug test that would be a good place to start first.

Had a bad experience at one of the Norfolk Mcdonalds locations but Leonard Management kindly sent me a coupon for a free meal. Dedicated service.

If you must go to McDonald's restaurant, I recommend you avoid the store at 1410 S Washington, Papillion NE. Since it's in such a convenient location I've gone there more than I should, because they get my order wrong often ... and I mean very often. But no more. Today was the last straw. I'll never go there again. BK is farther away but at least I've been able to depend on them.
