I booked a vacation with Funjet through my travel ...

I booked a vacation with Funjet through my travel agent and have had a very unpleasant experience. I cancelled my vacation due to the Covid-19 pandemic on 3/20/2020 (a month prior to my vacation) and got no update or response until 5/29/2020. I was then told my refund was being processed, I ve waited the full 10 business days and my refund still isn t pending in my account. I understand everyone is affected but the lack of communication from them is highly upsetting. I also don t believe that any refund should take 90 days to be returned, especially since I purchased travel insurance just for instances such as these.
