My mom was there in January 2018. At her first care conference she was told she wasn t going home and she wasn t trying very hard in physical therapy. She was left to sit in her wheelchair with the pedals on with no assistance because they re not interested in helping people unless they re going through prescribed therapy. She couldn t consistently get her teeth brushed and she had trouble working the tv remote so she just sat there watching whatever was left on tv. Occasionally someone would change it but in general if family wasn t there it didn t get done. It was recommended she go to a nursing home but Medicaid put her in Rutledge assisted living where she was miserable and died after six months of subpar care and three plus weeks with no food or water in hospice. I m pretty sure she d give transitions a big fat F.
