I have been working fulltime with Deftsoft from 5 long years and I have learnt lot in this company.

Few highlights.
- Friendly often relaxed atmosphere.

- No one is ever too busy to help out each other.

- Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benifit their careers.

- Senior management are open and honest with employees. I have been encouraged to perform best when ever there is any downfall in performance.

- Best amenities. Work space in office is neat & clean.

- HR team is supportive and helpful.

- Networking team is always there to help and provide solutions.

- Lots of opportunities to grow, learn and contribute.

- Time to time meetings with seniors to know about issuses or concenrs one is facing, so that they can provide best solution.

Office parties, team lunch/ movies and inhouse activities makes it more fun to work over here. Human resource team takes good care of employees so that they do not feel boredom while working hours.

On a personal level, I have benifited from the belief of management and the freedom to find areas where I can add most value.
