It's not often that one walks into a speciality shop and feels instantly welcomed. Travis and Josie go out of their way to may sure your experience is upstanding whether it be recommending a route, buying a new tube or making sure the bike you are considering is the right bike for you.
Nothing gets out of this shop without being expertly serviced and cleaned!
Service..here's an example. Bought a new Mukluk from Decorah Bicycles, took it to Sedona and promptly stripped a crank arm. Couldn't locate one anywhere so I called Travis. He took a crank from a new display model, shipped it overnight and bam, installed. Brought the defective back and it was a simple warranty claim.
