For months I have been trying to return the antenn...

For months I have been trying to return the antenna supplied with a contract now canceled. First they write to me via e-mail in March saying that the technician cannot get in touch with me (I have explained over and over again that where I live the cell phone does not take, it is a mountain area, but the message does not pass ... in compensation, when they have to solicit the payment of the invoices they are very good at sending email messages) and advising me that they will charge me a fine, if I do not return the antenna. I explain that we are in full covid emergency and that I do not have access to the former apartment. Then everything is silent. I solicit myself after 2 months ... and everything continues to be silent. A few days ago a neighbor kindly made me remove the antenna from his technician and so today I call to make the return to the appropriate location ... But nothing. The technician has to come and get it, it's the practice. The same technician who has not been able to contact me since March, presumably ... I thought I was going to Busto Arsizio on foot to deliver the antenna to the reception. Unfortunately Eolo in some areas is the only option to have the Internet. What a torture of assistance. What will be difficult in understanding to make an appointment via email and not via mobile phone? Mah.
