The hotel staff really makes it. They are the nicest people especially Phil. The shuttle is convenient and fun to take (Thanks Jose) and the experience was really quite good. It is an older hotel so don't expect it to be a five star, but it's well worth the money. It's also in a great location, near the metro and Gaithersburg has a lot of shops and restaurants. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
