Received a voicemail advising me on all my options...

Received a voicemail advising me on all my options and how they could save me so much money on my nonexistent mortgage. I called and requested to be removed from the call list. Was assured that I would be taken care of by a very nice lady.

SIX MINUTES LATER I received another call from Shawn. I told him I requested to be removed from the list. He wouldn't stop trying to tell me all he could do for me to save money on my mortgage. He did not listen and I finally had to tell him to remove me from the list or I would file a complaint. He stated again he was trying to say me money and I finally hung up on him. If the people trying to handle mortgages can't listen to someone who doesn't want/even have one, that never bodes well for the company.

The response makes it even worse. I can accept that it was marked wrong. Happens all the time. The response during the call should've been, "oops, have a good day." Instead I was talked over, ignored, and had to hang up to get the point across.
