The counter service was SO SLOW that the 25 people checking in from the music festival caused for a hostel environment. The one employee on-duty should have been able to call in assistance from management. She did an amazing job handling the situation but with no support this company is obviously not run by people who know how to manage a hotel. She gets four stars her bosses get one.
