We are very pleased with our QX80. Our sales rep Maurice was very professional and courteous. They gave us their absolute rock bottom price for the vehicle which made me choose this dealership as opposed to driving out of town to a competitor. My kids wanted to be part of the new car buying experience so we brought them along and they just about raided their kitchen with complimentary coffee, soft drinks, water, snacks, fruit, etc. The new car orientation process was a great experience as well. The gentleman that helped us (forgot his name) was also very professional and courteous as he patiently explained all the tons of features of the car to my wife and I. I was very impressed with the service department as the folks that check in the cars were all wearing white shirts with lapels on their shoulders. They fixed a twisted seat belt for us right before new car orientation and they were very pleasant to work with and expeditiously resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for an Infiniti in the Austin area.
