Not bad, but a very odd choice as the top-rated museum in Tokyo. There is one room that is like a steroid version of Yayoi Kusama, and it's pretty cool. Also a room for kids that is very good (for kids). But mostly this is a place that looks amazing on instagram and thus attracts the instagram set. In person it's a lot less impressive.
