Very unprofessional. Not helpful. Are ready to find any unbelievable excuse to refuse your genuine travel insurance claim . My advice is who so ever use Rock insurance or Leisure Gaurd insurance ( They use Global response for claim handler. ) My experience about Global response is very bad ) I fact I am intending to involve Media .
