Dealt with customer support on two occasions. The worst support I ever came across. Not helpful, not sympathetic, not answering questions, simply don't care about the issue customer is coming with.
Other issue with the payment. One week they will take automatic payment no problem, the other week they would nit, resulting in services suspension, the following week they will take the payment again no problem from the very same payment method. Constantly have to ring them and get something sorted.
