Went in to get help regarding a parking ticket I got because there was no sign indicating I couldn't park there. One girl seemed sympathetic and said she could give me a letter to contest it and that she would call the local precinct to see why the ticket was issued. I called a week later to see when I could get the letter since no one had called me. I spoke to the girl who helped me when I went to the office and she was rude to say the least. She couldn't give me any idea if when the letter would be ready and acted as if I was causing some great inconvenience. After 2 weeks since 1st going in I still haven't gotten a call about picking up the letter and there was no mention of her reaching out to the police about why a ticket would have been issued for the spot. Completely unhelpful and rude service. I don't see how this office is trying to be helpful
