Judge Campbell in family Court doesn't care for Black men too much I believe. He watched a TV monitor during my testimony and paid no attention. I still won custody of my son but this guy tried to make me pay child support (i was not in arrears) even though I had custody. For the first 3+ years I received no support for my son, after going back to court I received support for the last two years of HS for him. When support was stopped due to graduation, judge Campbell tried to allow my ex to file ppw stating my son graduated a year earlier and my ex tried to sue me in small claims to get 1 yr of support refunded. The small claims judge threw it out because it was legally owed. Beware if you get this guy and you are a Black man, I would advise you petition to have him removed from your case or you will regret it horribly. Glad I won and got away from this egomaniac.
