This was my first service since purchasing my new 2018 Lincoln Continental. Although I didn't use the pickup and return option, I was still looking forward to getting my car back freshly washed. Instead, this was quite possibly the worst car wash I've ever had. I literally had to rewash the car myself when i got home, thus the 2 stars. No complaints about my oil change and tire rotation and I spent about an hour in the waiting room.
