Renew = pay higher rent than new residents

Inspection = charge you hundreds for a thread on the sofa / too much dust coming out of your desktop
Maintenance = kind guys that would fix your door for free

Am I gonna be charged $500 or dismissed for leaving this comment? Seriously thinking about that.
