We bought a Mazda CX5 from Debbie Hefty at Brown's Fairfax Mazda yesterday. I must say it was the smoothest, fastest, and most pleasant car-purchasing experience I've ever had. I initially spoke with Debbie on the phone asking about specific cars in the inventory but ending up discussing my family's needs to also focus on the models and trim that would work best for our needs. At the lot, Debbie was as friendly and great to work with as on the phone. She was knowledgeable about the cars but left us to make our own decisions. We felt no pressure. Likewise, after we chose a car, the time it took with Debbie and then financing to get us out of the door was smooth and easy. And to top off a great day, we got a great car for a great price!!
