After multiple days of phone calls and emails to Farshid, we realized he may be too busy to respond to a concern that was considered high priority to ourselves. We then decided to email the generic question directly to the rancho general email. Right as this email was sent we finally received a response from Farshid. We thanked him and went on with our day. Later on we received a long winded email accusing us of complaining to rancho etc. We are shocked and appalled at the way we AS CUSTOMERS , were spoken to. Not a good first impression of our new Strata Management company. Feeling very disheartened!
