I purchased 2 vehicles in 2014. Terry was attentive, kind and very patient. Heck, I was even in one of the local commercials. He took care of an issue that occurred with the car after we got it home. He even gave me a ride back to work in Fayetteville. Well, it is a different day. Terry Chapin is no longer there. Lakishia (2nd in charge according to her) was condescending and rude when I called 7/18/16 to inquire about a refund of gap coverage. I am not her sweetie and I am a literate fully functioning educator. She would not give her email address because "people never get it right, so I don't give it out". What kind of insane business practice is that? I will either make a road trip ( i will not be happy in this heat after that drive) or use the US mail. BOOOOOO to the new customer service at a once great place to purchase a vehicle.
