Update, after the review they fully refunded my parents....

Hi my parents are 90 and 78. They have traveled with you as good customers for over a decade. 9 trips in total. Everyone in hospitality has issued refunds to their guests. My parents were planning to my their last trip in April to Celebrate their 50th anniversary. My mother has contacted you many times starting March 9th. You refuse to issue her a refund. My father a 90 year old diabetic and cancer survivor is no longer able to travel due to COVID 19 and your canceling the trip.
