I came with a bunch of my friends to enjoy a night out as my first night in Chicago from New Jersey. When I came the first thing I asked the waitress a question and her answer was" if I have time" with an attitude. I ordered my dinner and my order was forgotten about. I waited for my dinner for about 45 minutes when everyone else on the table got their food and I didn't get mine, I asked. The waitress with an attitude had forgotten my order all together and I did not receive any apology from anybody. It may be high class expensive place but not worth the customer service. If I'm paying this much money I expect certain standards. At least be a little apologetic about your mishaps. Some of my Friends food was not that great and was returned. If someone asked me to go to this restaurant when they come in to Chicago I would have to disagree and say no
