This company is a joke to work for they expect there employees to memorize plans cost when fact is that information is listed in bold print and can be shown and exsplaned in detail to people who are seeking information. I now work for T-moble and they don't care if if you can memorize plans just as long as you know how the buying process works and you can provide the right information to the consumers
