Location, price, room is all very good, but there are too much noise from neighbors and hallway. Very thin walls, crazy neighbors (keep making noise after 12am) and just ok service staff. This is definitely not a 4 star standard to me. This is the worst Grand Hyatt I have been to so far, this is disappointed. I would rate 2.5 out of 5.
