I enjoyed the views and closeness to the beach. The kid's pool is where the fun can be had. The adult's only pool is for relaxing. Housekeeping can be so so, which kind of irritated me. It's the main reason why I can not five the resort 5 stars. The front desk can use some better staff that knows how to use the system. Most of the issues I faced were training issue and I think the staff can get better with time and training. The views are the highlight and the convenience to shopping and food makes a difference.
