I spent ten days in this facility. Never got to see a Doctor. There was a hospitalist that was supposed to see me daily. I saw them twice, and only because I was begging for someone to tell me what was going on. I was told they could not understand why I was told nothing about my condition but there was nothing they could do. This was coming from nurses and lab techs. I wrote a letter to Palmdale Regional. It must have been deemed trash, as I never received a response. Please, if you go here have someone at your side who can step in and demand help. Now I want to say, the ER saved my life. Wendy went out of her way to bring me back from the edge. Everyone seemed to care and were kind. Unfortunately when I was admitted to a room all information stopped.
