It's on the roof top, on 5th Avenue: that's it! Really, that's all about it. A straight view of the top of the Empire State Building from the roof. The good view can be enjoyed in ambient weather. But in the winter time the small "igloos" shared by multiple parties is a bad setup. A part of the whole roof top could easily be covered for a better outcome.

Tables are not cleaned well. The floor is sticky from spills around the bar as you go to get drinks. A bunch of unclean wet trays to carry your drinks from the bar! It did have some trendy furniture and carpet, but really failed to match a scale I was expecting.

Drinks are actually priced pretty reasonably and are made well. However, it is a self-service bar. And this affordability might underlie the other trade-off.

The place has great potential, and can be much better with a little care.
If that standard is reached, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for the experience that it can offer.
