Worst customer service I have ever experienced with the Service Department. My wife and I pulled into the garage with 4 people at desks and 2 standing around and it took 5-10mins before we were even greeted by anyone.. not to mention we were the only car in there. Then we were told that the program they use to make appointments takes precedence over physical customers and that it would be a few hours before they could even have someone take a look at our Jeep. Hard to believe they were so busy when you can see people milling around and talking. This put a bad taste in my mouth with Jeep customer service and I would never recommend this dealership after seeing how they take care of new customers...
