We stayed overnight at Langdon Hall for my birthday, the whole experience was okay. The service and the environment were good. However, we ran into some issues such as the fire alarm went off at 5am but no one could give us an explanation of what had happened, the tap water was running yellow, some dishes at the tasting menu were overseasoned ($165/person, quality doesnt match up to price), etc. We expressed our concerns on their comment card/survey after the stay, but no one got back to us to address the issues. I feel like they don't care and they are not actively looking for ways to improve clients' experience.
