Worst repair service ever. My new unit (less than a month)has been held hostage for a month. All I get each time I contact them is someone will get back to me in 24 hrs. No info on the repair. I cannot even give them a star. Plus when I asked to speak to a manage they would tell me no one was available. What a joke!!! Wish i had read all these before I bought one. The worst part is that it is for my 80 old friend. Thank god I still kept her old unti.
