April 6 - I have Eolo 30, for several years. But my area is covered by Eolo 100 / Wave, I ask for an inspection. I ask the operator if a particular router is needed, I already have one of my own. She tells me that in promo there is also the Eolo Router Evo router, on FREE loan, which however will be sent to me only if I have the OK from the inspection (8 shipping costs). Following the advice, I make the change to the contract where, in addition to Eolo 100, I also ask for the router.

April 14 - the technicians arrive: a middle tree, KO. Sin!

June 14th - 60 DAYS LATER I receive an email that regrets that the inspection JUST carried out gave KO. 5 minutes after another email, an invoice of 49 for the rental of the router. I think of a mistake, I call. The "CUSTOMER SERVICE" tells me that the changes to the contract were two but distinct, one of the router and one of eolo 100. I explain that this was not the case, that I WAS NOT TOLD THIS. Parrot they repeat the same thing. It was free only with Eolo 100, now you MUST PAY. Or you can make a comfortable DOWNGRADE, at 36.50. WONDERFUL! WHAT AN EXTRAORDINARY COMPANY!

June 16 - We try again, recall: nothing changes. Operators who give me the same answers that a computer could give me. I say that, given that in contractual terms they are right (which is to be proven), when a customer reports a misunderstanding (euphemism), a serious company understands the scenario: that there is bad faith? I ask for written answers, but I don't receive them.

June 22 - I write the review on Trustpilot

June 26 - Eolo writes an automatic reply in which he advises me to contact customer service. Superb. But shortly thereafter an email also arrives asking me for contact information for further information. I send them the customer number.

July 2 - I ask for some light on their in-depth investigations.

July 6 - The fastest wind farm, as long as there is just a bib, has not yet shown up. Evidently he has not yet finished the investigations! What meticulous! What seriousness! If they decide to change their name, I recommend Pisolo!

I have been a customer for several years, but 2020 will be the last.
I don't like being fooled!
