Mostly great products, but dishonest when taking critical feedback. I came to Google Reviews to see if others had similar experiences and my suspicions were confirmed. I had provided them an honest review of a product which never posted to the product page. I even inquired to Customer Service why it had not been posted and no one responded.

Edit:
About six weeks later, after having followed up again and this time questioning the company's integrity, I received a reply and an explanation that my review had been "flagged for profanity". Impossible and likely flagged because it was 3 stars. But, hey, they stood up and now the review is posted. So, I give them a star back.
